I have only seen this film recently, I noticed:
- actually I didn't notice Sim's fiancee being bundled inside the piano (or was this the housekeeper) however some reviews refer to this
- I never saw George Cole meet Sim until he challenged him in the hotel as a well known adversary
Did I miss something?
I'm not sure about the piano - don't actually remember seeing her put inside it. But there is a scene where george Cole rushes round to Sims's house and asks him to call the police, they meet then.
shareI'm fairly sure we don't know Marigold is in the piano until George Cole starts to tinkle on the piano keys and her arm comes out at the back of the piano. Marigold is the MP's secretary who Alastair Sim has been pumping for information.
