One of the many great films of what might be the best decade for film

With the advent of tv the film industry had to step it up in the 50s and it certainly did. This great film was one of the best of an amazing decade. There was also among my favorites: The Asphalt Jungle (1950 and what a start), The Day the Earth Stood Still, The African Queen, The Caine Mutiny, Dial M For Murder, A Hatfull of Rain, The Strange One, The Harder They Fall, Marty, 3:10 To Yuma, Jubel, Blackboard Jungle,
Hondo, Strangers On A Train, Paths Of Glory, Patterns, Twelve Angy Men, and that is just some of the great ones.
