1950s' ladies' fashion were sexy!

I liked this movie, but loved the ladies' fashions a lot too.

The ladies in the 1950s looked so smart in their tight-figure-hugging calf length skirts, waist-flattering dresses, blouses, nice hair-dos, and lovely high heel shoes!!

Agreed. It's a pity that in general, women (at least those in the "enlightened" North America and Western Europe) don't continue to dress that way today.

They did not really dress that way in the UK in post war austerity 1950s. Its the magic of the movies!
