Earliest memory horror film

I can remember this one being shown a lot on a Cleveland station in the early 60s, maybe on the "Ghoulardi" show. I always thought the ending was sad, with her looking out of the plane. Watching it yesterday I was struck by the fact that the cast had 3 actors who had some very good roles in the 1940s; and that Gloria Talbot looked a lot older in this role than 26! This came out and I assumed was made a year before "I Married...." and she doesn't look a lot older in that one.
