What is the song the men sing in the camp show?

At one point, I believe it's close to the end where work on the bridge is nearing completion, the prisoners are allowed to put on a camp show that includes one campy 30s/40s era romantic vaudeville-type number. I recognize the song from at least one WWII era movie (The Immortal Battalion, maybe?) but I don't know the name of it.
