I might have dreamed this, but as a child I clearly remember a cartoon where Daffy Duck introduces himself as Boston Quackie, but he's not from Boston, he's from Scenectady. Why? (Daffy's voice) "Did you ever try saying 'Scenectady Quackie?'" Does anyone else remember this, because it's not in the cartoon of Boston Quackie that's on YouTube.

I strongly doubt it. Speaking of older cartoons, I do remember seeing the Coyote successfully capture the Roadrunner, (around 1969?) and as Wile E Coyote was in progress of putting a bib on, he let the Roadrunner go, wita a "Crazy credit" sign of "I have to let you go. Beceuse if I eat you, there will be no more cartoons." I was 5 or 6 at the time. I think what you may have seen was a half hour special & I believe what I saw was a half hour special, also. You might look at animation stores of specials & find what you think you saw or deramed about.
That dream could lead you to become a writer like a replacement of Michael Maltese. I still remember around 1999, that Bugs Bunny & Daffy Duck were rivals, (again) of being leaders of Radio stations Daffy's radio station name was "K-P-U-T" I forgot Bugs' radio station name.
