Location Shot Used in Another Movie

When Ursula and Lambert go on the run, they drive through a village and are followed out of town. Where she turns off the road to loop around and go under the bridge, I would swear that is the exact spot of another movie scene.

In George C. Scott's 1971, The Last Run, there is a scene where a prison bus is stopped and a prisoner escapes. He is the man Scott is to pick up and drive to freedom. That bridge seems to be the same one, only filmed from the opposite side of the valley.

Has anyone else seen both of these to confirm or deny this?
