Old monster movies

Seems like a good place to ask this. I grew up on these movies and remember most of the greats. However, there is one movie I cannot seem to remember the title to. It came out in the early sixties, probably no later than '65. In it, someone was dumping radioactive drums in the water and it reanimated some bodies which started attacking women (always the young women) on the beach. I cannot find the name to this movie, anyone got any ideas?

It seems to me that in the final scene the goo dguys were killing the monsters with some kind of chemical that reacted to water.

THE MOVIE IS CALLED ''THE HORROR OF PARTY BEACH'' [1964] DIRECTED BY DEL TENNEY. IT HAS BEEN RELEASED ON DVD RECENTLY [WHICH I OWN]. IT HAS BEEN A FAVORITE OF MINE SINCE I WAS A KID. THE PLOT IS AS YOU DESCRIBED IT, SOME COMPANY WAS ILLEGALLY DUMPING TOXIC/RADIOACTIVE WASTE DRUMS OFF THE SHORE OF PARTY BEACH. THE GUNK SPILLED OUT AND COVERED THE DEAD BODIES/SKELETONS FROM A SUNKEN SHIP, BRINGING THEM BACK TO LIFE [IN A ZOMBIE SORT OF WAY]. THE BODIES MUTATED INTO KILLER FISHMEN WHO TERRORIZE THE WOMEN OF THE AREA. THEY NEED HUMAN BLOOD TO SURVIVE. THEY FIND OUT, QUITE BY ACCIDENT THAT SODIUM IN ITS ORIGINAL MINERAL/ROCK FORM CAN DISINTEGRATE AND DESTROY THESE BEASTS. MUSIC GROUP ''THE DEL-AIRES'' DID SOME AWESOME SONGS IN THIS FILM, SUCH AS.....ELAINE, THE ZOMBIE STOMP, IM NOT A SUMMER LOVE, ETC. ONE OF THE BEST CULT CLASSICS OF ALL TIME. FUN FROM START TO FINISH. GLAD TO GIVE YOU AN ANSWER FRIEND, TAKE CARE.
