Please tell me about the ending? Spoilers

Ok I have seen a Bollywood crap remake of this movie so I need to know that:

Spoilers Ahead:

I know the movie is sad but does they re unite at the end or Cary Grant already married to someone else before visiting her at the climax scene? I mean is it just that kinda movie which is sad all the way but at least at the end there is happy ending? By happy ending I mean that did they both together again or was the climax their last meeting? You can spoil it for me no problem.

I see two deleted posts on here, so I'm not sure if somebody already gave away the ending or not. I would not describe the movie as "sad all the way." The first half is fairly light and has some humorous banter when they're on the cruise. It doesn't turn sad until halfway through, when Terry is paralyzed in an accident. Neither of them has married anybody else. The ending is happy in a bittersweet way because they DO end up together, but we're not sure if she will ever be able to walk again or not.
