Psycho

All through this film I had an uncanny sense of de javu, ok so perhaps the director deliberately set out to make a Hitchcockesque film but it still seemed reminiscent of Psycho despite pre-empting it by a few years, a guy on the run appearing at a Motel...named SAMs (Sam was a character in Psycho). That with the tense camera work and scenes on a train remind me very much of Hitchcock.
