The case of the Negligent Nymph

Man, I hated this episode. From the comic relief with Paul's problems at the Mexican Restaurant, to the fact that Perry technically lied to the police (shaking his head no when they asked if he had seen the suspect)... it was an all around bad episode. The only thing I did like was that Hamilton Burger really did have the upper hand for most of the episode.

It's in my bottom five for Season 1. But if you think NN's bad, wait until Season 9's remake of it, TCOT Impetuous Imp.

I like this one. Yeah, go figure. It's not one of my favorites, but Paul Drake's going for the pitcher of water is funny. Things Mexican or Hispanic tended to feel alien in the U.S. back sixty years, even, apparently, in L.A. Negligent Nymph has its charms, it's just one of Perry's best. It's rather a time capsule in its by today's standards dated humor.
