Cindy Peca + Eddie Frias won Bandstand contest

In 1983, Cindy and her partner Eddie won the Bandstand Summer dance contest. The day they were announced as the winners, cindy had broken her leg. Cindy joined Bandstand in 1982, she came back in 1983 for the Dance contest. After being declared the winners, all six couples danced to a Donna Summer Song.
