this was pretty much just these fellas goofing around in the ski resorts, unusual in the way they are not in their usual environment before returning home later in the movie, the title of this movie doesn't make sense until the final two minutes of the movie... it feels like they should have instead gone for a title referring to the northern country travel they make. i try to avoid movie critic's old reviews of these because i find they are just insulting and mean, and you almost hope the moviemakers of these would have done the same or expect brutal bashing after each release, still a couple of these are easy to come across today, there was an usual method of filming in this that i don't recognise from the others in the franchise, as the camera starts to zoom in during a still scene as the wives are talking at the table, and through the movie this way of shooting continues, it's also noticeable how the house both from the inside and outside look different with a pretty fancy looking clock, remarkable how the grocery store guy is stuck on every female like a tick, how does he keep getting female costumers returning to his store, and out of nowhere someone breaks out a tune as if a musical, also what an unexpected strange moment as they get a rifle pointed right at them, and the lead wearing a farming woman's outfit while carrying a rifle is just too freaky, the "smoking allowed" sign kills me.
