Frank wanted everyone at his parties, BUT everyone wanted Dean at theirs.
For me, the best line is Stack's, when he falls off the wagon and reveals his secret:
"The secret is not to pour the vermouth, just to pretend you're pouring."
The double entendre, revealing and yet concealing his real secret, is perfect.
