In The Big Sleep maybe. But WOTW really lets her unleash her inner slut -- fabulous.

I am in a blissful state, so don't bug me.
Though I'm not a big fan of The Big Sleep, I've always found Dorothy Malone at her sexiest in that film.
I don't believe Malone ever played a part quite like she did in Written on the Wind, and she's very memorable.
"Watch me run a 50-yard dash with my legs cut off!"
Written on the Wind is her flashiest, most scene-stealing role, her debuting cameo in The Big Sleep is her sexiest (isn't it strange that twice in her career Malone makes you forget all about Lauren Bacall?), and The Tarnished Angels is her most sympathetic and heartbreaking performance. And you'll never forget her parachute jump.

I thought she was, ermmm... hotter in "The Tarnished Angels".

Dorothy Malone looked crazed and shameless as she danced to that jazz record in her room. She's very hot and bad in this movie.
