Williamsburg: the story of a patiort DVD special features

I have a technical question about the DVD "Williamsburg: The story of a patriot". I have been unable to play the "special DVD features" "the story of a Patriot Retold, and About Colonial Williamsburg: Tours of the town" on every copy I have looked at. I can play the story but not the special features. How do I play the special features or obtain a copy of the DVD that will play the special features. Thank you.
