am i crazy or do i remember this movie but with an extra scene? the werewolf goes all the way home and attacks his house with his wife and son still in the house? or do i have this mixed up with another werewolf movie from the same time period? he doesn't get them, but it is scary all the same...

shareCould you possibly be thinking of scenes from "The Vampire" 1957. A doctor who turned into a vampire, (disfigured face and hands) trying to get into his surgery with his girlfriend? and daughter inside, only to be chased off by the police.
I have seen this films dozens of times on different formats and have never seen any such scene. Our title character arrives in that lovely small mountain town in the first scene and dies there in the last.
