Does anybody know if Mr Norman Wisdom is singing himself? The voice is very nice and sounds good.

|Yes, that's him. Norman Wisdom released a good number of records throughout the 1950's in a style similar to Bing Crosby.
But listen out for a song called "Just To Be With You", that one contains a very smutty line!
