I was a kid at Edwards

During this period, towards the end of the X1 and 2 era, and the start of the X-15 era. I met Kinchloe, White and later Yeager at Air Shows and around the base. I was thrilled, and was so sure that any day we would be buying tickets for the moon.
These were great days, and a wonderful time to be a kid at Edwards AFB.
Watching this movie, the best part is seeing the old aircraft, and test beds.
