No details, but the sad news has come that actress Yumi Shirakawa, the leading lady in Rodan and an actress in Japanese film and television for 60 years, has died at the age of 79. A wonderful, charming, beautiful and intelligent actress. Rest in peace.

How sad. Thanks for posting. I am watching Rodan right now on Comet tv. They are having a Godzilla movie marathon for Labor Day. how awesome is that? So I am seeing some of her work today.
