Tepid but Techie

There is a fascination of sharks in general;

that is what this film explores.

Unfortunately,this flic has a dull lustre and could have used a l'il more juice to beef up interest.

At times,it drags as a documentary-and,perhaps,that's what the producers thought they were doing:producing a documentary !

However,this movie is a curiosity as it plods along:

pre-Castro Cuba for example.

Also,Karen Steele shows promise,but Akins is wasted along w\Vic Mature.
