Lisa Gaye

Lisa Gaye is so beautiful in this and her performance, while not exactly Oscar-worthy, was certainly more than simply competent. Every time I see her in an old movie or TV episode I wonder how she didn't become a huge star. Certainly several less-attractive actresses with lesser acting ability of hwer generation had bigger careers.

I was specifically charmed by the lovely Ms. Gaye during the swimming hole scene. What a charmer!

In Mexico senor, these are the years of sadness.

Her parents must have paid for plenty of dance lessons because she danced up a storm in this movie. I was very impressed.

I agree. Lisa was a Real Doll and a Great Figure! She popped up in some Perry Masons as late as 1965, but never seemed to hit the Big Time.
