Lewis Seiler's Best Film?

I think OVER-EXPOSED is easily the best of the seven or eight Lewis Seiler films I have seen. Seiler (1890-1964) had a fairly long career as a director (1923-1958), it appears most of the film's he did were "B" movies with the exceptions of PITTSBURGH with Marlene Dietrich and John Wayne and THE WINNING TEAM with Ronald Reagan and Doris Day. Not sure if WOMEN'S PRISON with Ida Lupino and Cleo Moore was truly a "B" or just a programmer.

Isn't a B picture usually a programmer?

Many A films in the classic era were programmers, big budget films of no particular ambition other than filling the hunger for new movies. Stars like Virginia Mayo, Ronald Reagan, John Payne, Rhonda Fleming, etc. rarely made anything but this type of film.
