shareSaw it yesterday, extremely interesting and fun to watch - even though what the painter does is partly "acting Picasso", offering a recreated, on-the-spot example of his working methods. To really get at where his motives come form and how he used them, the sketchbook selection ""Je suis le Cahier/Picasso's Sketchbooks") is the place to go. But it's still a very powerful art film, and a unique one.
At the audition I had to karaoke to "Smoke On The Water". I was 45. A very lonely experience.
