I can't find who played the king. It does not seem to be listed in the credits anywhere. Who was this actor?

He bore more than a teasing resemblence to Stan Laurel at times, until he spoke and that deep voice boomed out.

Right James was a little kid at this point.
Some people say the drawing of James Bond for the paperback of CASINO ROYALE
(This was the mid 1950s) looked like TOM HANKS.
