I really like this pix w\a solid cast of Agar,Beaumont and Napier.

One is far removed from civilization and I like that along with the fetching Cindy Patrick !

Nestor and Redwing add to the fun tho we lose them early.Something creepy'bout the Mole creatures and yet simpatico.

A solid MCA budget with stock footage naturally.But,hey,it's passable.

It is a pic which if you're 9-12years of age it removes you from the hum-drum and in the final analysis that is what it is all about.

ps the other bonus is the Prof giving us a scientific basis for the film in the intro(bona fide Ph.D.!) !

Bona fide Ph.D. in English. A fudd in science. I remember him from "educational" films in elementary school, he portrayed the same scientist as in The Mole People, explaning oh so hard to understand scientifical type stuff like why it is dark at night.
