Pip's song

does anyone know the name of the song when Queequeg was being cut by that one other guy and pip was dancing with the drum and singing?

Whoever those teenagers are, I want them driven back into the sea!

Good question, I am glad that someone started a Pip thread here.

In my opinion Pip is the second most important character in the book right after Ahab. Ahab never shows much (if any) fear of Moby Dick, but as he sizes the crew up one-by-one he admits to himself that the only crew member who scares him is Pip.

Pip in this version of the movie is pretty good, especially in the dancing scene, but a movie just can't do justice to Pip's mystic presence in the storyline. Even the 4 pagan harpooners are right at home in the story, it's Pip who remains other-worldly.

Chapter 125 Ahab to Pip: "who art thou, boy? I see not my reflection in the vacant pupils of thy eyes."
