Not as good as Sam Fuller's Forty Guns but it has Stanwyck

That almost always rates a 6 or better.

A couple of weak main characters prevent it from being better but Barb and Barry carry the thing. It comes to life when they are together. Either the director or the writers failed to keep that energy (Magic) going consistently in the rest of the scenes.

Sam Fuller succeeds (in Forty Guns) of keeping a sort of crazed energy going in his movie from start to finish.....this one just isn't as consistent.
