I have been attempting for many years now to acquire a VHS or DVD of this film to run in the UK.
All other regions appear to be available, why? It was a British film wasn't it?

DVDGO (Spain) sell a Region 2 DVD with English dialogue.

The Man Who Never Was is now available on Blu-ray disc in the U. K. It's quite a good BRD too.
