Van Gogh needs a modern film now

This was a very good movie. I think though that the artist's background, with the mental illness and struggle with poverty, would fit perfectly in todays cultural and aesthetic mood. I am sure a good director (maybe someone like Paul Thomas Anderson)along with a A-star actor could make an exceptional film.
