Definitely Wicked or Caroline or Change. I saw both musicals on Broadway around 2003 or 2004. I could imagine Wicked as an onscreen musical.

I would love to see a remake of one of my favorite stage musicals, CAMELOT. I thought the original film version stunk big time!

I'd like to see PAL JOEY & GUYS AND DOLLS filmed "properly."
I'd love to see what could be done with a modern version of LADY IN THE DARK. I would say JELLY'S LAST JAM, but without Gregory Hines, I'd be hard-pressed to come up with a replacement.
