Oh, that would be great. But there are places to get a decent... copy of this episode.

I'm not saying that I've gotten ... copies of MST3K episodes at this place. Though, all four were good. Good VHS quality...

He learned almost too late that man is a feeling creature... and because of it, the greatest in the universe. He learned too late for himself that men have to find their own way, to make their own mistakes. There can't be any gift of perfection from outside ourselves. And when men seek such perfection... they find only death... fire... loss... disillusionment... the end of everything that's gone forward. Men have always sought an end to the toil and misery, but it can't be given, it has to be achieved. There is hope, but it has to come from inside, from Man himself.

Try any of the many MST3K tape trading sites which can be linked through Satellite News. I just finished watching this film(MST version) on a "fan copy" that I procured through such a site.

Why would any thinking being want a MST3000 version of anything at all?

Because it's an hilarious and immensely entertaining television show.

I can see why the tastes of us thinking beings may at first be strange and terrifying to you, however. Why, you're probably still banging rocks together for entertainment.

reply

Hey don't knock banging rocks! But in all serious, MST3K rocks.

Tom Servo ataully read a letter my brother sent in at the end of this episode.

Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The SHADOW knows.

reply

hubcap18- really- what episode was this? I have watched every one and always loved the letter portion. Really cool.

reply

This is the board for It conquered the World, so that's the episode that features his letter at the end. His letter is the second one, read by Tom Servo. I think he was 8 or 9 at the time he sent in the letter.

Being inconsistent is better the being consistently bad.

Looks like there is one on VHS on EBay.
