She was amazing as the hat check girl. Before this I had only seen still pictures of her in ballets.
Get me a bromide! And put some gin in it!
Though I have some reservations about "Invitation to the Dance", the film does feature dancers of that era who were not necessarily filmed while in their performance prime - which definitely includes Ms. Adams. I like the section of "Ring Around the Rosy" with Mr. Kelly and Tamara Touvanomova (dance on the stairs).
