Hot Shots (1956) will be shown on TCM on Saturday, 31 December 2016, at 945AM Central Time.

This one isn't very good. The kid is quite annoying and unlikeable, and Huntz Hall and Stanley Clements never seemed to have any chemistry. David Gorcey is in this one, billed once again as David Condon. Their landlady is back also but she never did work out as a replacement for Louie.

Joi Lansing is the beautiful babe in Hot Shots and she makes it worth watching.

The concept of Bowery "Boys" after 18 is ridiculous. This is idiotic... especially when TV viewing was king. I thought they were long in the tooth even at 16. This precocious Philips seems to fit as an obnoxious TV star. Maybe if the Bowery Boys would grow the F. up, they'd own a TV and recognize this little runaway creep. lol
