David Gorcey Wears Same Suit 3 Movies in a Row

Hilarious....had not noticed this, but on the nickels and dimes budget these things were shot on, it certainly isn't surprising. I'll look for it too (since TCM has, happily, for the past several months been screening 50s-era Bowery Boys Saturday mornings).

Given how often the identity of that 4th Bowery Boy changed from film to film (not speaking of David here, but his typically equally undialogued counterpart, a character which has, in a very short time span rotated from Billy Benedict to Buddy Gorman to Benny Bartlett to (in the BB films TCM has played the past couple weeks) Jimmy Murphy------I'd say the Bowery Boy characters NOT named Leo Gorcey and Huntz Hall weren't paid too terribly much money!

Yep, David Gorcey wore the exact same suit yet again in "Hold that Hypnotism", that makes FOUR Bowery Boys movies in a row now!

1) “Crashing Las Vegas”, “Fighting Trouble”, “Hot Shots” and “Hold that Hypnotist” !

Will David be wearing it in “Spook Chasers”?? I will be watching TCM next Saturday morning to find out...!!

I think it was his first suit and like wearing it.
