Opening scene - same location as Mad Mad Mad Mad World??

In the opening scene, the car turns off a main road and goes up a steep road that almost runs parallel to the main flat road. It has a cement guardrail. I'd swear that same intersection/road is in the chase scene of It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World near the end!
