Were the band members Armstrong's real band?

I'm a big fan of Louis Armstrong and I love listening to his music, it's a real treat to see him in this film.

I'm just wondering if an expert on Armstrong knows if the musicians he plays with in the film were his real band or just actors?

If they are his real band does anyone know their names? They were all great. Love the groups jazz performance with Crosby at the party the night before Tracy's wedding.

They were his real band members. From Wikipedia:
