shareReally? There were a heap of British war movies made in the fifties. Admittedly, it's long time since I saw most of them (this one was on TV today), but I can't think of one where the infantry didn't have Bren guns.
shareNot to this detail. Actual spent brass ejecting, they showed them reloading ammo into magazines, etc. Other films I have seen - like "Outpost in Malaya" - were faked. Lots of shooting but no spent brass, no reloading at all. To be fair, I don't see every British Korean War film ether. This was just my observation.
