This is a good movie
I haven't seen it in a long time so hopefully it will be on tv sometime. Fred MacMurray and Jeffrey Hunter are very good in it as is the rest of the cast and Dean Stockwell is great as the hotheaded younger brother.
shareAgreed -- all did really well. Very believable characters...had to look close at Dean Stockwell, he must have been very young. But Jeffrey Hunter...wow!
shareYes a decent Western. Fred MacMurray is a good actor and the youngsters Hunter and Stockwell (James Dean lookalike) gave a good account of themselves. Dear old gravelly voiced Chill Wills allways watchable and a great snarling John Larch. I was jealous of Hunter because he was the love of gorgeous Janice Rule's life.
