It's a pretty rare video, having only ever been available on the United Home Video label, an obscure company out of Tulsa that, twenty years ago, had the licensing rights to the RKO library (before Ted Turner bought them - the rights, that is).
If you have Turner Classic Movies through your cable service, you might try requesting this one via their website. They're actually fairly open to suggestions, in my experience.
