Complete print???

Does anyone know if a complete print of this exists? All of the tapes I've seen are missing at least one scene, where the British reporter is standing in a dark corner lighting a cigarette and in the flare of the lighter you see one of the moron masks (or a poster?) behind him. There may be other missing elements as well, since, when I saw this in the theater, I remembered it being longer.
