I love this movie, its classic Lucy/Desi dynamic and comedy, flowing in the same vein as "The long, long trailer" it's a classic. From the beginning to their first fight in the bedroom to the scene when the boat as a whole in it, its wonderful, and amazing, modern films cannot make me laugh as hard as I do when I see the power that comes from these two brilliant actors working together as man and wife. Its brilliant and wonderful, I cannot imagin my video/dvd collection without it.

I love this movie to death. I love The Long, Long Trailer, and anything else Lucy and Desi have starred in together. They were a great pair.

At first I thought it was a 'I love Lucy' show when I saw it! I thought it was weird until I found out what the movie truly was.

I agree that this is a charming movie, and Lucy and Desi Arnaz look amazing in Technicolor; however, I wish this and "Long, Long Trailer" had more marital bliss and less hating each other. I love seeing them as a happy couple more.

___Hated this film. Waste of time after 'The Long. long Trailer'. The attempt at 'I Love Lucy' humor falls flat, and are extremely forced. And, pompous James Mason added nothing to an already tired script.

I Love Lucy in technicolor and outdoors -- but it's good lighthearted fare its funny in parts for sure. Mason is oddly cast but then I don't think he is terrible in it, just the whole angel idea could have been left out altogether. Hard not to like him. Nice to see these actors in their heyday on the big screen.

Baffles me how anyone could like this film and still think the angel could have or should have been left out. The angel aspect of the story adds a lot of meaning and magic to a movie that otherwise would have been one long sitcom episode. The angel gives the movie weight and meaning. The movie would be too ordinary without it.
