I know the underwater location was Wakulla Springs and the beginning shot was the Edison bridge in Fort Meyers. Where was the dock location after the opening bridge shot?

But thank you for saying which spring they filmed at. It looked so deep and majestic.

Wakulla Springs is near Tallahassee and Ft Myers is about 7 hours away on the southwest coast of Florida. There is no way the creature swam all those miles. He is more of a territorial beast
