wheel trouble! don't stop!

I really like this film despite the fact that everytime it's shown on UK TV the listings ALWAYS give a poor rating, which discourages anyone from watching it.
There are some great lines in it and some great performances from a good sturdy British cast. This should be issued on DVD with a commentary by someone from the original cast, for example Michael Medwin or Lee Patterson.

Well, it has now been released on DVD in the U. K.; appropriately a very poor quality DVD. I don't recommend you to buy it even if, unlike me, you think the movie is any good.

I am watching the 2012 Strawberry media/ITV studios dvd and it looks beautiful.

It says digitally remastered on the front cover,I don't see that anybody could say it is not a great looking thing.

The film is not so great,I like the period feel and Italy looks fantastic but the plot is daft,if someone was a motor racing fan they might love it more than I did.

I liked it but it but I don't think I will watch it too often.

I bought it in a Stanley Baker boxed set along with Sea Fury and Violent Playground.
The individual dvd seems not to be in the shops anymore.
