I think that was the saddest thing I've ever seen. I was really getting to like her. Then she had to ... shall we say, "leave early"? And after that, none of the others even made a peep about it. Sad...

That was a weird scene, she falls backwards out of the plane and no one really reacted, there should have been some screaming or looks of horror.

It was a white guy in the original. They were more progressive back then.

My sentiments exactly.

She was such a sweet, likable and pretty woman who's character was treated like trash. I mean, it was bad enough that she had to die like that, but the fact that all the others acted as if she never existed... just plain sucked.

Not so. She and the co-pilot were obviously in love. He looks at the open door with obvious grief, but has to be stoic for the sake of the passengers. Good thing he has Phyllis Kirk to replace her after Gene Barry reveals his true colors.
