Why are the Golden Globes so retarded?

Great catch, barbiegirl! The Golden Globes have done some nutty things over the years, but giving Best Picture for Drama and Best Actor for Comedy/musical is totally insane. Which is it?

IMO, the film is definitely a comedy.
