shareSacre Coeur Basilica construction began in 1873.Still, the movie showed a crowd waving from what looks suspiciously like the balcony / promenade that fronts Sacre Coeur, and commands a breathtaking vista of the city --- the Basilica was completed in 1914, but who knows when the promenade was constructed --- if not built until after 1873, it still was too good of a view to leave out !!
