Mark Murphy on 'The Steve Allen Show'

I'm looking for copies of any or all of the three episodes on which Mark Murphy appeared. I do know that one of them was Episode #3.25(16 Mar. 1958). Another episode included Martha Raye and Charles Laughton as guests, and Mark performed the song, "Two Ladies in the Shade of a Banana Tree," on it. (The Paley Center has this particular episode in its collection, but does not allow copies to be made.) It would be best for me to get any copies in DVD format. (By the way, just for the record, Mark went on to have a long career as an iconic jazz singer and educator. He was still performing gigs around the world, when he was 80 years old!)
