It's been a long time, but was it ever revealed who was the masked man who killed Jeff Brown before he threw Raven off the cliff? Was it the real Sky Whitney?
EDIT: On further research, it appears a character named Libby killed Jeff Brown. Can anyone confirm?
Yes. Libby Webster played by Marion Lines shot Jeff Brown. She was working with the real Sky to get his fortune back. When she got too greedy and possessive, he sent her away with a threat that he'd reveal that she shot Jeff Brown. Though really she didn't murder Jeff Brown since she saved Raven's life as Jeff was getting ready to toss her off a cliff.
