Predestination?

I'm sure us old time ATWTers remember Lt. Dan McCloskey, Oakdale PD's head honcho and Nancy Hughes' second husband. He was brought to life the late actor, Dan Frazer, who passed in DEC 2011 at 90.

I was watching the 1972 Burt Reynolds ensemble film, Fuzz. In it, Dan Frazer plays Lt. Byrnes, commander of the motley crew of detectives at the precinct.

This character was obviously a prototype for ATWT's McCloskey. It was almost like watching 'MAc' at Oakdale PD hard at work.

Not a bad movie, with Burt Reynolds obviously the lead, but not quite the superstar he would become later in the decade. Definitely worth watching and perhaps squinting a bit while Lt. Byrnes is on the screen and pretending he's McCloskey and it's ATWT.

We ATWTs have to do what we have to do.
